Why Did We Start Exact Medicare?

If you look at the stats, many of you as licensed agents already know this: over 10,000 seniors are turning 65 every day for the next 15 years. It’s a vastly underserved market, with far fewer agents than needed. And frankly, we genuinely care about our senior citizens. Personally, I love talking to seniors. People older than me have so much life experience and wisdom to share. This is an opportunity to help them with their health, which is something near and dear to me.For example, my parents are in their 70s, and my dad has Alzheimer’s. I’ve seen firsthand the importance of having the right doctors and specialists for proper care. This drives us to take this work seriously.We also want to help agents live the American Dream. Our goal is to help over 1,000 agents earn more than $100,000 annually.

The Job Opportunity Hiring Plan

We’re looking to fill 500 W2 positions within the next four months. Exact Medicare already has over 350 agents, and we’ve built everything necessary to help agents achieve success. The average agent earns $80,000 annually, and many make over $100,000. Transparency is crucial to me—I’d rather under-promise and over-deliver. So while $80,000 is the average, experienced agents working 40 hours a week often earn $100,000 or more.

Pay Structure for W2 Agents

Base Pay: $20/hour.
Bonus/Commission: $150 per enrollment.This system is designed to ensure transparency and fair compensation.

Flexible Hours
Our call schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, offering flexibility for agents. Many of our agents, such as single parents, appreciate this structure—it allows them to work around their personal schedules. You can work from home, creating a great work-life balance. Some agents even break up their day, fitting in activities like golfing in between shifts.

Agent-Centric Culture
Our organizational chart is upside-down compared to most companies. At the top are our members, followed by our agents. Only then do you see management and leadership. Agents are the core of our company, and we are intentional about creating a supportive and agent-friendly culture. While we expect high standards and performance, we also offer the flexibility to live life on your terms. Many agents have shared that they prefer our approach over the micromanaging they’ve experienced at other companies. For us, it’s about loving what you do, who you do it for, and who you do it with. If you have those three things, work becomes meaningful.

Expectations and Requirements

• Agents must have at least 10 state licenses to start.
Productive Time: Agents are expected to log 5.6 hours of phone time daily (calls or ready mode).
Average Calls: 10 calls/day, with a high closing percentage. For agents excelling in their roles (e.g., 350 enrollments and an 18%+ closing rate), we offer a senior-level promotion with additional benefits: $50,000 salary, 100% health insurance coverage, and profit sharing through Class D shares.

Compliance and Integrity
Compliance is the foundation of everything we do. As a Medicare-focused agency, we strictly adhere to CMS regulations, including maintaining call recordings and lead journey data for 10 years.We encourage agents to always do the right thing—honesty and transparency are non-negotiable.

Leads and Support
We generate high-quality leads in-house. Our average closing rate is 20%. For agents with a background in door-to-door sales or self-prospecting, the inbound leads we provide are a game-changer.We also provide comprehensive backend support, ensuring members receive follow-ups and ongoing care.
